Their commitment to quality, sustainability and social responsibility is reflected in every cup. This organic coffee shows how harmonious Brazilian coffee can taste. The natural processing gives it a pleasant sweetness and a round, creamy body. The flavour reveals subtle notes of milk chocolate, nuts and a hint of caramel. A smooth, well-balanced espresso with a classic fullness that immediately reminds you of sunny Brazilian plantations. Stoll Coffee Brasil Bio unfolds its full flavour best in a portafilter or fully automatic machine. A slightly finer grind is recommended for espresso to optimally emphasise the sweetness and depth. As a lungo, it shows its harmonious balance between body and mild acidity. Even in combination with milk - as a cappuccino, for example - its chocolate profile is wonderfully preserved. This 100% Arabica comes exclusively from the Dutra Farm in Minas Gerais, Brazil. It is processed "naturally", i.e. sun-dried, which preserves its natural sweetness. You will recognise nutty tones and a hint of clove in the aroma. The tangy acidity brings freshness to the cup and gives the espresso a balanced flavour that lingers for a long time. The Erapuca is at its best as an espresso, where it shines with 3/3 points. As a café crème, it also impresses with a score of 2/3, provides a pleasant balance and rounds off your everyday life perfectly. It is less suitable for filter preparation, as its character loses intensity there. Regardless of whether you enjoy it pure or with a dash of milk - this coffee remains an experience. This coffee comes from the Cooperativa Cafesmo, which brings together more than 250 small farmers in the Ocotepeque region. All fincas are certified organic and fair trade. The beans for the Premium Erapuca come from Alex Valle, a former primary school teacher who has found his second vocation in coffee growing. Together with his family, he grows the Pacas, Obata, Lempira and IH-Café-90 varieties on shady, biodiverse land - surrounded by pines, fruit trees and forest, which create the special microclimate for this speciality. The Erapuca is fully washed and harvested by hand between October and March. With its organic, direct trade and fair trade certificates, it not only stands for maximum enjoyment, but also for responsibility and sustainability. This pure Arabica from the heights of Veracruz, Mexico, brings the best of its origins to your cup: a playful combination of sweet gooseberry notes, gentle freshness and a round, warming cocoa finish. A real all-rounder - both as a lively espresso and as a balanced café crème. The APG Coatepec is elegant and finely nuanced. The nose is dominated by sweet, fruity notes of gooseberry, accompanied by a light citrus freshness. Notes of orange zest and cocoa unfold on the palate, creating a soft, warm depth. This sensory balance makes it a versatile pleasure - from fruity and lively to creamy and full-bodied. This coffee is particularly strong as an espresso or café crème. As an espresso, it has a clear, fruity structure with lively acidity and a delicate body. In a larger cup, as a café crème, the fruit becomes softer, the texture creamier and the flavour is rounded off with fine chocolate notes. It is less suitable for filter methods, as its character loses some of its depth here. APG Coatepec comes from APG Specialty Coffee, a traditional family business from Coatepec, Veracruz. The name goes back to Antonio Pérez Galván, who was already active as a coffee exporter in the 1930s. Today, the company works closely with local farmers and favours transparency and sustainable processes. Fully washed processing produces a clean, clearly structured coffee with consistently high quality. Together with Rast Kaffee, APG shares the passion with which top-quality coffee has been produced for generations - with heart, dedication and respect for nature.

Do you want full flavour without caffeine? This decaffeinated Arabica from Peru shows you just how flavourful decaffeinated coffee can be. Rast Kaffee uses the natural CO₂ process so that only the caffeine disappears - and the subtle flavours remain. So you get a cup full of flavour, sustainably produced and Fairtrade certified. This coffee smells of almonds, dark chocolate and a fine fruity flavour. In the cup, it has a clear chocolate flavour, round and balanced. The Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Alto Mayo supplies Arabicas from altitudes of 1200 to 1900 metres - the best conditions for depth, clarity and natural sweetness. This coffee works perfectly as an espresso and as a café crème - each rated 3/3 points. It is less suitable for filter coffee, as its strengths lie in pressure and crema. You get a dense, aromatic espresso without caffeine, ideal for any time of day - and also for late in the evening. The coffee comes from Fairtrade and organic-certified cultivation and is gently decaffeinated using the CO₂ process - without any chemical solvents. The beans are produced by 1517 farming families from the San Martín and Cajamarca regions. The co-operative focuses on sustainable agriculture, social development and the highest quality standards. The varieties range from Caturra and Pache to Typica, Bourbon and Mundonovo. The cooperative is particularly proud of its Santa Maria origin, a coffee that is produced by 45 women and stands for particularly fine cup profiles.

Ein Kaffee, der durch Qualität, Transparenz und Charakter glänzt – und von unabhängigen Q-Gradern mit Gold ausgezeichnet wurde. In der Tasse entfaltet der Herminio eine harmonische Balance aus feinen Zitrusnoten, Anklängen von Früchtetee und einem runden Geschmack nach Nussschokolade. Sein Duft erinnert an eine zarte Kombination von Orange und Nuss. Damit bietet er ein aromatisches Erlebnis, das gleichzeitig elegant und überraschend vielschichtig wirkt. Der Herminio zeigt seine Stärken vor allem als Filterkaffee, wo sich seine klaren, fruchtigen Nuancen am besten entfalten. Auch als Café Crème überzeugt er mit einer aromatischen Tiefe und einer angenehm süssen Note. Für Espresso ist er weniger geeignet, da seine feine Säure und die leichten Aromen dort nicht ihre volle Wirkung entfalten. Hinter dem Herminio steht die Organisation FECCEG, ein Zusammenschluss von 14 landwirtschaftlichen Genossenschaften in Guatemala. Mehr als 1'750 Bauernfamilien – darunter 550 Bäuerinnen – produzieren gemeinsam Bio- und Fairtrade-Kaffee. Einer von ihnen ist Herminio Castro, der diesem Kaffee seinen Namen gibt. Die Organisation unterstützt die Bauern mit nachhaltigen Methoden, Qualitätssicherung und fairen Handelsstrukturen. Die Bohnen stammen aus der Region San Marcos, genauer aus der Nähe von Corral Grande, und wachsen in Höhenlagen, die ideale Bedingungen für Arabica-Kaffee bieten. Die Varietäten Bourbon und Pache Común werden gewaschen aufbereitet und unter höchsten Bio-Standards kultiviert. Der Herminio ist ein Kaffee mit Herkunft, Herz und hohem Anspruch – ein Genuss für alle, die Wert auf Geschmack und Verantwortung legen.

In the cup, Somaho impresses with a pleasant sweetness and fruity citrus notes that immediately revitalise your senses. Its aroma is floral and fruity, while flavours of mango, peach and subtle floral nuances leave an elegant, multi-layered impression. The coffee is clear, lively and yet harmonious - an experience for all those who love fruity coffees. Somaho unfolds its potential especially as an espresso, where the fruity sweetness and clear flavours stand out wonderfully. It can also be enjoyed as a café crème or filter coffee, but its full profile is revealed in concentrated form in an espresso cup. The careful washing process gives it its clarity and fine structure. Behind Somaho are the smallholder families of the People's Farm in the Mahembe region, situated at an altitude of 1,700 to 1,800 metres. Around 400 families are involved here, many of them women who help to organise exports and trade. Kivubelt Coffee works closely with these producers and has already won the Cup of Excellence with Somaho. In addition to coffee, the families cultivate small fields of beans, bananas, vegetables and sweet potatoes, which they use for their own food supply. The Red Bourbon variety and the high altitude on Lake Kivu give this coffee its complexity and purity. Somaho carries the Direct Trade label, guaranteeing fair conditions and direct cooperation with the producers. With Screen 15 and the 2024 harvest, it stands for freshness and top quality. This coffee is not only a pleasure to drink, but also a statement in favour of sustainable cultivation and the direct route from the farm to your cup.

Pfannenstiel is a harmonious composition of the flowery, fruity notes of Ethiopian Arabica beans and the spicy strength of Tanzanian Robusta. The flavours are reminiscent of dark chocolate, nuts and delicate citrus fruits, rounded off by a full body and a long, caramelly finish. The mild acidity makes it particularly pleasant - both on its own as an espresso and in milk drinks. A real all-rounder with a distinctive profile. With its medium roast level (3 out of 5) and the balanced ratio of Arabica and Robusta, the Pfannenstiel is suitable for almost any type of preparation. Whether as an espresso in a portafilter, as a strong café crème in a fully automatic machine or as a cappuccino - this blend shows its strength everywhere. The Arabica content comes from the Yirgacheffe region in Ethiopia, known for its floral, complex coffees with a fruity elegance. The Robusta beans come from Tanzania - around Bukoba and Arusha - and bring strength, structure and a pronounced body to the cup. Both varieties are carefully picked and washed by hand.The result: a house coffee with depth and suitability for everyday use that is just as popular with coffee fans as it is with beginners.
