This special blend of Arabica and Robusta combines the best from the fertile regions of Uganda. The House Blend seduces with a harmonious flavour of dark chocolate, enriched with the natural sweetness of dried fruit and a hint of marzipan. The medium roast ensures low acidity and fully develops the natural flavours of each bean, making it a full-bodied, intensely aromatic experience. This blend combines 70% Arabica beans of the SL-14 and SL-28 varieties with 30% Robusta. The Arabica beans are washed, while the Robusta beans undergo natural processing. Grown at altitudes between 1800 and 2200 metres, this coffee reflects the unique climatic and geological conditions of Uganda, which offer ideal conditions for growing high-quality coffee cherries. The House Blend is perfect for preparation as an espresso and cappuccino, either in a portafilter or fully automatic machine.     • Filter: 1 week to 2 months from roasting date
