Have you ever wondered what real chocolate should taste like? At Garçoa, you can experience the pure essence of cocoa. The manufactory in Zurich Wollishofen produces chocolate that is more than just a treat.
Garçoa has mastered the art of bringing cocoa to life in its purest form. Here, every bar is made with care from the bean to the bar itself.
The chocolates are "single origin", which means that each bean brings its origin, history and unmistakable flavour to the chocolate.
Additives? Not a thing. At Garçoa, only two ingredients go into the bar: fine organic cocoa beans and organic raw cane sugar.
All you taste is pure chocolate quality.
At the manufactory, each cocoa is treated individually to realise its full potential. The beans are selected by hand, carefully roasted, peeled and ground in small batches. The focus is on flavour - unadulterated and authentic.
The special feature: Garçoa even dispenses with additional cocoa butter in order to preserve the natural fat content and flavour diversity of the cocoa. The result? Chocolate with character, its own melting texture and an incomparable flavour.
Sustainability starts with the people. Garçoa maintains close partnerships with organic cocoa producers worldwide, knows their stories and supports them fairly and over the long term. This direct collaboration not only guarantees the quality of the beans, but also ensures that the producers are paid a fair wage.
