Two-year guarantee

We offer a two-year manufacturer's warranty on all appliances purchased from us. Services, gift cards and consumables are excluded. The warranty period can be found on the invoice or delivery note.

What does the bring-in guarantee mean?

Problems with your device? Bring it to our coffee shop in Uster or send it to us. We will repair it free of charge and you can pick it up or we will send it back by post.

A warranty claim?

Two-year guarantee from date of purchase. After workshop repair or service, our labour and spare parts are guaranteed for one year. Limescale deposits and significant soiling are not covered.

Appointments for repairs and warranty claims

The date you choose is the date you bring your appliance in and the date of repair. Our workshop team will contact you with a cost estimate for repairs. If there are delays in the delivery of spare parts, a longer processing time cannot be ruled out. In this case, we will inform you by phone or e-mail.

You can cancel or postpone your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. A processing fee of CHF 50.00 will be charged for no-shows.

Coffee machine service

Recommendation: Professional service every three years with normal use and care.

Coffee grinder service

Recommendation: The coffee grinder should be cleaned and checked every three years. Grinding discs should be replaced after approximately 500 kg of coffee grinds. With a consumption of 8 coffees per day, this would be after about 17 years.

A replacement machine?

You have the option of hiring a replacement machine for the duration of the repair or service. You can select the appropriate option when booking an appointment online.

Pick-up/delivery service as an option
