The blend of 100% Terroir Arabicas develops a harmonious profile with plum sweetness, malt and caramel. Full-bodied and balanced, with fine depth and a pleasantly round texture - without any intrusive acidity. This variety of flavours comes from perfectly ripened coffee cherries and a precise medium roast that emphasises the natural notes while creating a smooth mouthfeel.

Whether in a portafilter, fully automatic machine or moka pot - Supreme adapts to your coffee routine. For a classic single espresso, Black & Blaze recommends: 9.0-10.5g of coffee powder, 20-25 seconds of extraction and around 20-25g of liquid in the cup. This allows the full depth of flavour and the velvety crema to unfold. This blend also shows its gentle strength as a lungo.
