The Italian family business Cerutti Caffè has been running its roastery in Como for over 50 years. Thanks to the selection of the finest roasted coffees from Costa Rica, Ethiopia, Panama, Colombia and Brazil, harvested according to an old tradition in the "fazendas", Cerutti "il caffe" has built up its exquisite and aromatic blend according to time-honoured Italian roasting tradition.

Today, Blasercafé is one of the largest roasting companies in Switzerland.
Black & Blaze Premium
100% Arabica. This coffee blend with beans from India, Mexico, Colombia and Brazil makes an espresso with a hell of a lot of crema and no fruit acids. Flavours like chocolate, bittersweet and sweet notes are the result. The premium coffee is adapted for preparation in a portafilter machine as a short espresso, long Americano or cappuccino.Black & Blaze is a small roastery in Zurich. It was founded in 2010 by owner Claude Stahel, who decided on a holiday trip to dedicate his life to coffee. Claude and his team enthusiastically roast a variety of different coffees in Ebmatingen/Forch.

A good test to see if your coffee is fresh is to brew it. If you pour a little water on the freshly ground coffee and it rises like a small cake due to the escaping carbon dioxide, it is guaranteed fresh. If this effect doesn't happen, your coffee has probably aged a bit.
