Italian Roasting Art
BrasilOro - Extrabar - What Makes It So Special?
The story of BrasilOro is closely linked to the art of Italian coffee roasting.
Since 1961, the Mardegan family in San Donà di Piave near Venice has roasted selected coffee beans over beechwood fires. For Extrabar, the green coffees are roasted separately and only then blended into a balanced mix.
With 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta, Extrabar combines delicate sweetness, a full body and a rich crema. The result: a smooth, low-acid coffee with a typically Italian character.
