Payment & shipping methods

Three different payment options

At Kaffeezentrale, you can pay on account, by prepayment or by credit card. Depending on the invoice amount, we reserve the right to offer a selection of these payment methods. 

Payment invoice - 10 days net

Pay your purchase conveniently on account - without any additional transaction fees.

Payment is simply made by bank transfer to the bank details stated on the invoice. The payment period is 10 days from the date of invoice. We reserve the right to request payment in advance for orders with a value of CHF 500.00 or more.

Twint - the Swiss payment solution

With the TWINT app, you can pay us quickly and easily with your smartphone.

Register with your bank account or credit card on the TWINT app (IOS/Android). In the check-out in our online shop, select the payment method "TWINT" and open the TWINT app on your smartphone. Point your smartphone camera at the QR code or type in the code. This is how easy and convenient it is to pay with TWINT. We do not charge any TWINT fees.

Credit cards - convenient online payment

We accept Mastercard, VISA and American Express credit cards.

We take over the transaction costs for you - so there are no additional fees. For security reasons, we only accept credit cards issued in Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, France or Austria.

Shipping is climate neutral and postage free from CHF 120.00

In its commitment to the climate, Swiss Post gives top priority to CO2 reduction, the promotion of renewable energies and energy efficiency. CO2 compensation is achieved through climate protection projects of the highest quality in Switzerland and abroad.

For orders of CHF 120.00 or more, we do not charge any shipping costs within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Standard: B-Post - postage free from CHF 120.00

We deliver your order by B-Post (PostPac Economy) with Swiss Post directly to your home and charge a flat rate of CHF 6.90 per order within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. This includes shipping and packaging costs. If not all items can be delivered at once, the costs for an additional delivery will be borne by us. 

Option: Express or A-Post shipping

In addition, we can also offer an express service for deliveries within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, for which we will charge you A-Post (PostPac Priority) or Swiss-Express fees (Swiss-Express "Moon") according to the official postal tariff. If required, please contact our customer service.
