Kafisack Ja gärn, 250 g beans

Do you want coffee that gently wakes you up in the morning and accompanies you throughout the day - whether as a strong espresso or a harmonious filter cup? Kafisack Ja gärn is made for just that. This omni-blend made from 100% Arabica combines versatility with character and brings full flavour to every preparation.

This coffee is smooth and round, with a pleasantly mild sweetness. Notes of roasted hazelnut, fine maple syrup and a hint of oats give it a nutty-sweet profile that reminds you of a relaxed breakfast. Its body is full, the acidity is subtle and the balance ensures a pleasantly smooth finish.

Whether espresso or filter - Kafisack Ja gärn always cuts a fine figure. For espresso, the roastery recommends 20-22 g of coffee with a fine grind, 36-44 g of water at 91°C and a brewing time of 24-32 seconds. For filters, choose 18 g of coffee, medium grind, 260 ml of water at 88°C and a brewing time of around 2 minutes. This way you get the maximum flavour from the bean.

The beans come from Brazil, Ethiopia, Guatemala and India - carefully cultivated by small farmers and processed in different ways: natural, washed and monsooned. Gently roasted in the small Kessler roastery in the canton of Schwyz, this speciality coffee impresses with its honest craftsmanship and uncompromising quality.
