Stoll Decaf Classic, 250 g beans

If you love espresso but want to avoid caffeine, this coffee is made just for you. The Stoll Classic Decaf stands for full flavour without the thrill. A harmonious blend of high-quality Arabica beans that are decaffeinated using the gentle Swiss Water process - without any chemicals. The result: a balanced coffee with a round texture and a seductive interplay of flavours. The Stoll Classic Decaf shows that decaffeinated does not mean boring. Notes of gingerbread, walnut and liquorice unfold in the cup - soft, round and pleasantly sweet on the finish. The medium-dark roast brings richness and depth without losing any of its elegance. An espresso for any time of day - even late in the evening. This coffee is versatile and works in any machine. Whether in a portafilter, fully automatic machine or espresso maker - the Stoll Classic Decaf impresses with its stable crema and full body. Ideal as a strong espresso or as a balanced lungo. For the best result, we recommend a water temperature of around 92 °C and a brewing time of around 25 seconds. Stoll Kaffee from Zurich has been synonymous with artisan roasting and top quality since 1936. The Classic Decaf uses washed Arabica beans from Mexico, which are decaffeinated using the Swiss Water process - completely free from chemicals and with residual caffeine of less than 0.1 %. This preserves the natural flavour profile and you can enjoy your espresso at any time - without compromise.

Dieser sortenreine Robusta stammt von der Took Bandung Estate Farm in Temanggung, Zentraljava, und überzeugt mit seiner samtigen Fülle und würzig-schokoladigen Tiefe. Ein Kaffee mit Geschichte, Handarbeit und ganz viel Persönlichkeit. Schon beim ersten Duft steigen dir Noten von gebrannten Mandeln in die Nase. In der Tasse zeigt sich der Java Baron mit einem vollmundigen Körper und einer wunderbar sanften Textur. Aromen von Kakao und Walnuss stehen im Vordergrund, begleitet von einem Hauch Tabak – perfekt ausbalanciert durch eine dezente, süsse Säure. Ein Kaffee mit Tiefe, der sich nicht aufdrängt, sondern überzeugt. Rast Java Baron spielt seine Stärken besonders in der Espressozubereitung (3/3) aus. Ob im Siebträger oder Vollautomaten – er liefert eine dichte Crema und kräftige Aromen, die sich auch mit Milch ausgezeichnet kombinieren lassen. Als Café Crème (1/3) bietet er ein eher herbes Erlebnis. Für die Filterzubereitung ist dieser Kaffee aufgrund seiner Fülle und Struktur weniger geeignet. Die Took Bandung Estate wurde bereits im 19. Jahrhundert von einer deutsch-niederländischen Familie gegründet und liegt heute im Herzen eines der ältesten Kaffeeanbaugebiete Indonesiens. Auf rund 800 Metern Höhe wachsen die Robusta-Kirschen im Besitz von Kleinbauern, die mit viel Sorgfalt und Erfahrung arbeiten. Die Bohnen werden von Hand gepflückt, fermentiert, gewaschen und in der Sonne getrocknet. Das Ergebnis ist ein Robusta der Extraklasse – kraftvoll, klar und überraschend elegant. Ideal für alle, die ihren Kaffee intensiv mögen.

A coffee with history, character and depth: Rast Blawan coffee from Indonesia takes you straight to the lush forests and volcanic landscapes of Java. With its syrupy body, mild acidity and notes of bittersweet chocolate, it gives you an intense moment of pleasure - whether as a strong espresso or a balanced café crème. Blawan has a complex flavour with hints of black tea, liquorice and chocolate. Its aroma is reminiscent of marzipan and fresh bread, giving it a warm, inviting flavour. The low acidity makes the coffee particularly round and pleasant, while the full body carries the flavours on the palate for a long time. This single origin unfolds particularly well as a café crème, where its complexity comes into balance. As an espresso, it has a strong, chocolaty profile with a slight spiciness. It is only suitable for filter preparation to a limited extent, as it reveals fewer nuances here. Whether in a portafilter machine or a fully automatic machine, Blawan is easy to handle and ensures consistently high quality. Blawan comes from the traditional Blawan settlements on Java. Local families have been growing Arabica coffee there for generations at altitudes of between 800 and 1,300 metres. With careful care, unique pruning methods for the coffee trees and fertile, mineral-rich soils, they create the best conditions for this special coffee. The knowledge of cultivation has been passed down through generations and still characterises the Blawan today. Rast Blawan coffee is a single origin Arabica consisting of the Catimor, Linie-S and USDA varieties. It is processed using the wet-polished method, which gives the coffee its clean, clear cup. The harvest takes place from April to June 2024 and guarantees maximum freshness. With its origins in one of the oldest and most renowned coffee regions in Indonesia, Blawan not only offers enjoyment, but also an insight into the rich coffee tradition of Java.

You can expect an aroma of tart floral and nutty notes. Dark chocolate and liquorice unfold on the palate, giving the coffee depth and character. Its full body and natural processing give you a harmonious, long-lasting flavour experience. Rast Apas coffee is particularly versatile. As a café crème, its aromatic balance comes into its own, while as an espresso it delights with its intensity and fine flavour. It is less suitable for preparation in a filter, as the strong flavours are somewhat less pronounced in the balance. It unfolds its full potential with a portafilter machine or in a fully automatic machine. This coffee is backed by the Associaçao dos Produtores do Alto da Serra (APAS). This FAIR TRADE association, based in the district of Ferreiras in the south of Minas Gerais, emphasises quality, transparency and fair conditions. The altitude of 1,000 to 1,500 metres, the balanced climate and the fertile soils create ideal conditions for coffees with excellent SCA scores of over 80 points. Apas consists of the Catuai, Mundo Nuevo and Tupi varieties, which have been processed naturally. The harvest period is between July and September 2024. With certificates such as organic, Fairtrade and direct trade, this coffee shows that top quality and social responsibility go hand in hand.
