Stark, vollmundig und cremig, mit Noten Schokolade, Tabak, Rosen und Zitrus.Nishant Gurjer produziert auf seinem Estate in Südwest-Indien einen der weltbesten Robustas. Wir beziehen diesen mit viel Aufwand produzierten Spitzenkaffee direkt und ohne Zwischenhändlerin. Dazu blenden wir einen sonnengetrockneten, Brasilianischen Arabica aus der Gegend Minas Gerais. Der Sidama aus Ethiopien gibt diesem Blend den letzten Schliff.Alle Kaffees in diesem Espressomischung sind Fair gehandelt und 100% rückverfolgbar bis zur Farm oder Cooperative.Black & Blaze ist eine kleine Zürcher Rösterei.
