Transparent and fairly traded.Black & Blaze is a small Zurich roastery. It was founded in 2010 by owner Claude Stahel, who decided to dedicate his life to coffee while on holiday. Claude and his team roast a variety of different coffees in Ebmatingen/Forch with great enthusiasm.
