Stoll Decaf Classic, 250 g beans

If you love espresso but want to avoid caffeine, this coffee is made just for you. The Stoll Classic Decaf stands for full flavour without the thrill. A harmonious blend of high-quality Arabica beans that are decaffeinated using the gentle Swiss Water process - without any chemicals. The result: a balanced coffee with a round texture and a seductive interplay of flavours. The Stoll Classic Decaf shows that decaffeinated does not mean boring. Notes of gingerbread, walnut and liquorice unfold in the cup - soft, round and pleasantly sweet on the finish. The medium-dark roast brings richness and depth without losing any of its elegance. An espresso for any time of day - even late in the evening. This coffee is versatile and works in any machine. Whether in a portafilter, fully automatic machine or espresso maker - the Stoll Classic Decaf impresses with its stable crema and full body. Ideal as a strong espresso or as a balanced lungo. For the best result, we recommend a water temperature of around 92 °C and a brewing time of around 25 seconds. Stoll Kaffee from Zurich has been synonymous with artisan roasting and top quality since 1936. The Classic Decaf uses washed Arabica beans from Mexico, which are decaffeinated using the Swiss Water process - completely free from chemicals and with residual caffeine of less than 0.1 %. This preserves the natural flavour profile and you can enjoy your espresso at any time - without compromise.

Stoll Brasil, organic

If you are looking for an honest, full-bodied and natural coffee, you will be delighted with Stoll Kaffee Brasil Bio. It comes from the renowned Dutra Farm in Brazil, where the brothers Ednilson and Walter Dutra have been growing high-quality coffee with passion and precision for over 35 years. Their commitment to quality, sustainability and social responsibility is reflected in every cup. This organic coffee shows how harmonious Brazilian coffee can taste. The natural processing gives it a pleasant sweetness and a round, creamy body. The flavour reveals subtle notes of milk chocolate, nuts and a hint of caramel. A smooth, well-balanced espresso with a classic fullness that immediately reminds you of sunny Brazilian plantations. Stoll Coffee Brasil Bio unfolds its full flavour best in a portafilter or fully automatic machine. A slightly finer grind is recommended for espresso to optimally emphasise the sweetness and depth. As a lungo, it shows its harmonious balance between body and mild acidity. Even in combination with milk - as a cappuccino, for example - its chocolate profile is wonderfully preserved. This 100% Arabica comes exclusively from the Dutra Farm in Minas Gerais, Brazil. It is processed "naturally", i.e. sun-dried, which preserves its natural sweetness. Stoll Kaffee's medium roast expresses the full potential of these beans - classic, but with a modern approach to sustainability and quality. 100% certified organic and roasted with love in Zurich.

Stoll Kaffee

In 1936, Stoll Kaffee Rösterei was founded by Oskar Stoll in Zurich's Seefeld district. Rapid growth led to the move to Austrasse in Wiedikon, where the roastery still stands today. Since 2019, spread over two floors.

Stoll Kaffee AG has always been a family business, since 2010 under the management of the Amann family. Also a family from the coffee business, who continue to run the Stoll roastery, according to the philosophy of Mr. Oskar Stoll, until today.

The roastery offers three different coffee lines. It all started with the Classics, dark roasts with partly Italian note and different compositions, some also with a Robusta portion. Later came the Organic line, coffees from certified organic farms. These are all medium roasted, the Bio Brazil from Dutta Farm is probably the most popular.

Shortly after the Organic line, the Specialty Coffee line was added to cover all coffee preferences of the various customers. Unlike the Classics and Organics, the Specialty range changes every few months. The light roasts are real espresso fruit bombs, but can also be enjoyed as filter coffee.
