What makes Caffè Moak particularly good

Coffee has been roasted in Modica, a town with Arabic roots, since 1967. This origin lives on to this day: Moak combines tradition with a modern signature. They work with a strict but loving selection and roasting philosophy that treats every bean as something valuable.

How and what Caffè Moak roasts

Moak roasts with a clear Sicilian signature: intense, balanced and with a broad spectrum of flavours ranging from spicy to sweet.

The beans are selected directly from the producers and carefully processed in Modica - slowly, with experience and great respect for the raw product.

Each blend should convey its own feeling, create its own mood. This is exactly what the three varieties you will find here reflect:

Moak Vivace
 Strong, spicy and full-bodied. Vivace shows dark chocolate, depth and a clear presence in the cup.

Moak Ambrosia
 Very sweet, spicy and slightly fruity - an elegant blend that emphasises balance.

Moak Stella
 Creamy and strong, with spicy and slightly smoky notes. Stella has floral accents and a hint of vanilla that rounds off the profile.

For Moak, sustainability is not a trend, but an attitude.

They buy green coffee directly from farmers, pay attention to fair and stable relationships and focus on transparency throughout the entire supply chain.

In production, they work with efficient processes, gentle roasting methods and a clear focus on quality rather than quantity. For Moak, sustainability means appreciating what nature and people achieve - and creating something special from it.
