This Fairtrade-certified blend stands for honest Italianità, a dark roast and the full flavour of a true classic - perfect for starting the day or a little moment of luxury in between. Blasercafé Purista impresses with its powerful, creamy body and a harmonious balance of strength and sweetness. Flavours of almond, caramel and ripe stone fruit unfold in the cup, accompanied by a persistent, velvety texture. The dark roast emphasises the typical notes of Italian espresso and ensures an intense, round finish. Regardless of whether you use an espresso machine, a fully automatic machine or a classic Bialetti - the Purista shows its strength everywhere. For a strong espresso, it is advisable to keep the extraction slightly shorter in order to optimise the natural sweetness and dense mouthfeel. It also unfolds its full flavour as a cappuccino and harmonises wonderfully with milk. Blasercafé Purista is made from 60% Arabica and 40% Robusta beans from Brazil, Tanzania and Bolivia. All the coffees used are Fairtrade-certified and are roasted with care to emphasise the typical sweet and nutty notes. Dark roasted, powerful in flavour and with a hint of Italian elegance - this coffee stands for lasting enjoyment with character.
