This espresso takes you on a journey through four countries and gives you a unique flavour experience. Rast Kaffee combines exquisite Arabicas with an exceptional Robusta from India. The result is an intense espresso with lots of character - powerful, complex and unforgettable.
The Tavola Espresso impresses with a strong body and a multi-faceted flavour profile. Notes of cocoa and roasted hazelnut unfold in the cup, accompanied by a fine marzipan sweetness and floral hints of acacia blossom. Light fruity notes round off the flavour and provide an elegant balance.
Whether as a classic espresso or a strong café crème - Tavola Espresso is versatile. It is particularly effective in portafilter machines or fully automatic machines, where it delivers a dense crema and intense flavour. It is less suitable for filter coffee, as its strength and complexity do not come into their own here.
Behind this blend are dedicated producer families and cooperatives from Brazil, Costa Rica, Guatemala and India. From Fazenda Samambaia with its Yellow Bourbon to the traditional Coopelibertad in Costa Rica and the San Jose Buena Vista cooperative in Guatemala - each company contributes its passion and expertise. The centrepiece is the rare Robusta from the Balehonnur farm in India: a pure Canephora with impressive strength.

We recommend: Espresso roasts should be used 12 days after the roast date, and filter coffees 5 days after the roast date, which can be found on the package. Freshly roasted coffee needs this time to be ready for consistent extraction.
