With a great deal of experience and flair, Blasercafé has created a coffee that tastes pleasantly round, aromatic and balanced - perfect for any time of day.
The Sera shows that balance is everything: a mild, harmonious blend with notes of fresh bread and malt, accompanied by a subtle sweetness. The acid and bitter notes are deliberately restrained, resulting in a smooth, full-bodied flavour experience. The body is pleasantly soft and harmonious - ideal for a relaxing end to the day or simply to enjoy in between meals.
Blasercafé Sera is versatile - regardless of whether you prefer an espresso machine, a fully automatic machine, the classic Bialetti maker, a French press or filter coffee. As an espresso, it produces subtle roasted flavours and a fine crema; as a café crème or cappuccino, it impresses with its round structure and mild aroma.
This coffee is decaffeinated using a particularly gentle process with selected partners, which largely preserves the natural flavours. The blend consists of 66% Arabica and 34% Robusta beans and is dark roasted - typically Italian, with a focus on body, balance and flavour.
The result is a decaffeinated coffee that will surprise you with its flavour - smooth, aromatic and uncompromisingly good.
