The barista opens with a nutty aroma and a hint of wild berries. In the cup, you can expect a multi-layered interplay of flavours with notes of almond and a subtle citrus freshness. The light roast brings an elegant fruit acidity that makes the espresso lively and pleasantly smooth at the same time. A harmonious coffee with a clear structure and a long finish.

The beans come from some of the world's most renowned growing regions: Kenya Nyeri with its volcanic soil, Guatemala San Jose Buena Vista with its mineral-rich volcanic soil, the Bettadamalali Estate in India with its nature-loving shade-grown coffee, the Blawan Estate and Menagold coffee from Indonesia and the traditional Fazenda Vista Alegre in Brazil. We recommend that espresso roasts be used 12 days after the roast date or filter coffees 5 days after the roast date found on the package. Freshly roasted coffee needs this time until it is ready for a constant extraction.
