From the very first sip, it's clear why the dinamico bears its name. Chocolatey sweetness forms the foundation, supported by Brazilian Arabica. This is built upon with juicy notes of red berries and ripe nectarine, which lend the coffee freshness and liveliness. The Indian Robusta comes through in the finish with a pleasant nutty sweetness, ensuring a buttery, rounded finish. The acidity is present but well integrated, the body is balanced and the sweetness is finely measured.

The Dinamico is at home wherever pressure and precision are required. As an espresso, it is bold, clear and expressive.
