The beans (Catimor, Catuai) grow at an altitude of 1300 to 1400 metres and are decaffeinated directly in Mexico using the Mountain Water® process - without any chemicals, just pure water. Certified according to CH-BIO-038, this coffee comes from non-EU agriculture and stands for transparency and quality.
