Die biologisch angebaute und fair gehandelte Hausmischung von Caffè Uno steht für Ausgewogenheit, Alltagstauglichkeit und ehrlichen Geschmack. Er ist mehrheitsfähig, ohne beliebig zu sein. Ein Kaffee, der dich selbst überzeugt und gleichzeitig deine Gäste begeistert. Leise stark. Verlässlich gut. In der Tasse zeigt sich Mezzomezzo schokoladig, nussig und wunderbar rund. Der Körper ist kräftig, die Säure bewusst zurückhaltend. Genau das macht ihn so angenehm und zugänglich. Der brasilianische Arabica sorgt für eine süss-milchschokoladige Basis, weich und harmonisch. Darauf baut der indische Robusta auf und bringt Noten von Karamell und Nuss mit, begleitet von einem satten, langen Abgang am Gaumen. Alles greift ineinander. Nichts sticht heraus.
