100% Arabica, 100% organic. Ednilson & Walter Dutra
The brothers Ednilson Alves Dutra and Walter Cesar Dutra, born on the Dutra farm, have over 35 years of experience in coffee production - coffee is in their blood. Their know-how and tireless curiosity enable them to produce exceptional speciality coffees and organic coffees. Thanks to their high quality standards, they enjoy an excellent reputation in the coffee industry. The Dutras attach great importance to a positive working environment and support their employees and their families with educational programmes and medical care.
This coffee is processed using the "natural" method (dry processing), which is widely used in Brazil. This processing method gives the coffee a natural sweetness and a full-bodied flavour. The medium roast brings out the classic roasted flavours without masking the character of the coffee. Perfect for an aromatic espresso or a balanced lungo.
