This blend combines chocolaty, malty and sweet notes with a hint of spice and offers a flavour experience that can compete with fully caffeinated coffees. Ideal for espresso and Bialetti, whether black or with milk.

Velvety chocolate, malty sweetness and a subtle spiciness characterise this blend. The three different decaffeination processes give the coffee a unique profile - smooth, balanced and with a pleasantly mild acidity. Perfect for connoisseurs who don't want to miss out on good coffee in the evening.

This blend combines the best decaffeinated coffees from Brazil, Mexico and Burundi:

80 % Brazil (Swiss Water Process): Natural sweetness and a full-bodied flavour.
10 % Mexico (Mountain Water Process): Subtle freshness with pronounced malty notes.
10 % Burundi (CO2 Process): Spicy nuances and a soft texture.

Each coffee has been carefully decaffeinated and retains its unique character. Sustainability and direct trade always take centre stage.

The Bedtime Blend has been developed for espresso and Bialetti fans, but can also be wonderfully prepared in fully automatic machines. The medium-dark roast ensures easy extraction and brings out the fine flavours. It tastes great on its own and also harmonises perfectly with plant-based milks.

We recommend that espresso roasts be used 12 days after the roast date or filter coffees 5 days after the roast date found on the package. Freshly roasted coffee needs this time until it is ready for a constant extraction.

We ask that the order is always sent before 23:59 on Sunday, so that we can ensure a shipment on the following Wednesday.
