Vista Alegre has a spicy, nutty aroma with a hint of cocoa - a promise that is fulfilled in the cup with flavours of stone fruit, roasted hazelnut and a fine note of acacia honey. The natural processing brings out the sweet nuances particularly clearly and makes the coffee round and balanced, with a long, smooth finish.

This coffee shows its strengths particularly in espresso and café crème (3/3 each). The Vista Alegre plantation is located in the Brazilian province of Minas Gerais and has been run by the Shimada family since 1984. Today, daughter Harumi runs the farm with great dedication and a clear commitment to tradition and the environment. There is no irrigation - instead, the farm relies on the rhythm of nature. Cultivation is carried out with care and processing is carried out with great care using the natural method. The result is a coffee that is not only flavourful, but also convincing in its origin - direct, transparent and responsible.
