New Moon currently consists of beans from the La Mixteca cooperative in Mexico, specifically from the Yucuhiti region in Oaxaca. The Typica and Bourbon varieties are prepared in a washed process to preserve the purity and clarity of flavour. 166 dedicated members of the cooperative ensure that only the best beans go into your coffee.
For the perfect result, we recommend preparing New Moon as a double espresso. Start with 18 grams of ground coffee, extract 36 grams and take 24 seconds. This recipe brings out the creamy texture and deep flavours of the coffee. New Moon also unfolds its full strength in your fully automatic coffee machine and will delight you both at home and in the office.
