The Capucas Cooperative represents twelve communities in San Pedro and Corquin in Santa Rosa de Copan. They are committed to promoting the sustainable development of their local economy. Reducing poverty and raising living standards are their main objectives. The ongoing development programmes have helped around 5,000 people so far. The cooperative, which manages the democratic use of the fair trade premium, consists of 10 members, nine of whom are women.
MIRÓ COFFEE - Manufactura de Café: Since the beginning, the Manufactura de Café has only purchased speciality coffee. Around three quarters of these are beans from certified organic suppliers. The farms are selected very carefully - to ensure fair trade and optimal conditions for the coffee farmers. In the miró Café at Brauerstrasse 58 in Zurich, you can watch the brothers roasting and taste at least two types of coffee.

Fresh Service: This coffee is freshly roasted for you every Monday and shipped two days later.
We recommend that espresso roasts be used 12 days after the roast date or filter coffees 5 days after the roast date found on the package. Freshly roasted coffee needs this time until it is ready for a constant extraction.
We ask that the order is always sent before 23:59 on Sunday, so that we can ensure a shipment on the following Wednesday.
