Full-bodied, aromatic and surprisingly complex - this coffee proves that decaf is anything but boring. What can you expect? A natural decaffeination, great attention to detail and an aromatic profile that really pops, even without caffeine.

Caramel, maple syrup and dried figs - sounds sweet? It is sweet. The espresso reveals notes of brown sugar and dried fruit, especially plums and figs. With milk, the coffee reveals a clear dulce de leche note that makes it particularly creamy. The body is medium, the mouthfeel lively and long-lasting. A decaf with real character.

Ideal for espresso, whether pure or in milk drinks such as flat white or cappuccino. The beans develop their full flavour with a medium grind and an extraction time of approx. 25 seconds. The coffee also cuts an excellent figure in a portafilter or fully automatic machine - clear, sweet and balanced.

This coffee comes from small farmers in Chiapas, Mexico - a region known for its diversity. Grown at altitudes between 1,187 and 2,270 metres, the bean blend consists of Bourbon, Typica, Mundo Novo, Caturra and Catuaí. Decaffeination is carried out with fresh mountain water by Descamex - completely without chemicals, but with a gentle process that preserves the flavours.
