Wodiyo is home to many hidden places such as the Dadiben hot spring, which pours into a small stream that meanders through the vast coffee forests. Some of the coffee collected here by 440 farmers on 383 hectares of forest was once reserved for prominent guests.
In Wodiyo, a remote village in the north of the Kaffa Biosphere Reserve, the collected wild coffee cherries are dried naturally in the sun and, after being peeled, sorted bean by bean by hand. For the Wild Coffee Collection, we select the best beans and roast them into an intensely flavoured coffee.
