A great flavour of flowers with notes of bergamot and honey. The acidity is pleasant and the aftertaste is citrusy. The flavours are very intense, structured and pronounced.
The special thing about this coffee is that it is grown in small plots, the so-called coffee gardens, and then selected for us by Abdullah Bagersh, one of Ethiopia's greatest coffee experts.
Thanks to the complexity of its flavours, it is also an excellent accompaniment to meals.
Le Piantagioni Del Caffè was founded by the Meschini family in 1994 out of the need to offer very special single estate coffees and is the subsidiary of the traditional Arcaffè roasting house in Livorno. The family know all their producers personally and source their coffees themselves.
