In the cup, the Como blend presents itself with a harmonious balance. A spicy, nutty aroma accompanies the flavour of dark chocolate, bitter almond and a subtle citrus note. Arabica and Robusta complement each other perfectly and ensure intensity, depth and a long finish.
This coffee is particularly versatile. As an espresso, it shows its full strength with a clear structure and pronounced flavour. It also impresses as a café crème with its balance and fine body. Although it is less pronounced for filter coffee, it still offers you an exciting, strong flavour.
The Como blend comes from three committed cooperatives: the Origin Coffee Lab in Peru, Cafesmo in Honduras and KCU in Tanzania. We recommend: Espresso roasts should be used 12 days after the roast date, and filter coffees 5 days after the roast date, which can be found on the package. Freshly roasted coffee needs this time to be ready for consistent extraction.
