Bukoba delights with its spicy, nutty aroma and strong flavours of dark chocolate. Its body is powerful and full, the finish long and intense - exactly what a really good Robusta promises. Perfect for anyone who likes their coffee strong, but doesn't want to compromise on nuances and depth.

This coffee unfolds its full strength as an espresso - whether from a portafilter or a fully automatic machine. It is less suitable for café crème or filter preparation, but it impresses with a dense crema, plenty of pressure and an extra portion of caffeine. Ideal for an energising start to the day.

Bukoba comes from small farmers in the Kagera Cooperative Union in north-west Tanzania. The cooperative has been committed to social justice, education and sustainable cultivation methods for years.
