Dieser Kaffee stammt aus der Region Cauca in Kolumbien, wo er auf der Meseta de Popayán auf 1.700 m Höhe angebaut wird. We recommend: Espresso roasts should be used 12 days after the roast date, and filter coffees 5 days after the roast date, which can be found on the package. Freshly roasted coffee needs this time to be ready for consistent extraction.
