Miro Coffee Las Vistas, Peru

This coffee is like travelling through the hills of Peru - sunny, lively and full of character. Las Vistas seduces you with its harmonious balance of fruity freshness and sweet depth. It tells the story of the Guerrero family, who have been growing coffee with passion and dedication for generations - and today, with Las Vistas, show how much elegance and complexity there is in Peruvian coffee.

Las Vistas reveals a fascinating variety of flavours: ripe peaches and plums meet the subtle sweetness of maple syrup. The fresh, lively acidity is reminiscent of lime and gives the coffee a refreshing lightness. A medium body unfolds in the mouth with a syrupy texture that gently envelops the palate. The aftertaste lingers for a long time - with nuances of vanilla, cardamom and a hint of dark chocolate.

This coffee was roasted as an espresso and unfolds its full expressiveness in the portafilter machine. Let the aroma of ripe fruit accompany you as you brew and feel free to experiment with slightly longer extraction times to emphasise the sweet and spicy nuances. Las Vistas also impresses in a cappuccino: the combination of fruit and milk conjures up notes of caramel and spiced biscuits - perfect for enjoyable moments.

Las Vistas comes from the El Palto region in Bellavista at an altitude of 1600 to 1800 metres. It is made from the Geisha and Caturra Pache varieties, which are processed using the washed method. Eight small producers - mostly members of the Guerrero family - cultivate their plants on two hectares of land each, pick the coffee by hand and dry it on terraces under the Peruvian sun.

The Guerrero family exemplifies the change in Peruvian speciality coffee: with the courage to innovate, collaboration with Falcon Coffees and a passion for quality, they manage to constantly refine their coffees - and Las Vistas is their best result to date.

Coffee Annan Café Crème, organic

Discover a world of coffee that goes deeper with the Organic Café Crème from Coffee Annan. Grown on the volcanic heights of the Rwenzori Mountains in the Kivu region of the Democratic Republic of Congo, this coffee promises not only enjoyment, but also a story of hope and change. With every sip, you support the sustainable efforts of local coffee farmers who produce this exceptional coffee under difficult conditions but with a great deal of passion. The BIO-Café Crème is characterised by its smooth and finely balanced aromas of chocolate and caramel. The combination of single origin Arabica beans of the rare Rumangabo variety and careful roasting in Kenya gives this coffee an exquisite balance of flavours. The light sweetness and creamy texture turn every sip into a small celebration. This organic coffee comes from 100% Arabica beans, which are carefully grown and harvested at an altitude of 1500 to 1800 metres above sea level. The beans are washed after harvesting and refined in Kenya to a medium-dark roast. This reduces the acidity and brings out the characteristic sweet notes to optimum effect. We recommend using a fully automatic machine, a moka pot or a French press to prepare this fine coffee. These methods bring out the natural sweetness and harmonious chocolate and caramel flavours and guarantee a full-bodied coffee experience. Your perfect morning starts with the BIO-Café Crème. With every purchase of Coffee Annan coffee, you contribute directly to a fairer value chain. This is because, unlike usual, a significant proportion of the revenue generated is reinvested directly in the coffee-growing regions. This not only supports local coffee farmers, but also promotes sustainable practices and improves living conditions in one of the world's most challenging regions. With Coffee Annan's organic café crème, you can not only enjoy excellent coffee, but also become part of a movement that shows how enjoyment and social responsibility can go hand in hand.
