Kimbo Capri is intense yet pleasantly balanced. In the cup, the coffee unfolds aromatic notes of vanilla and freshly baked biscuits, accompanied by a hint of toasted bread. Subtle floral nuances lend the profile an elegant freshness. The medium-dark roast enhances the aromatic depth and ensures a long, harmonious aftertaste. With an intensity of 10 out of 13, this espresso offers a robust character without losing any of its elegance.

The blend was developed for classic Italian espresso and reveals its full potential particularly in a portafilter or fully automatic machine. As an espresso, it impresses with a dense crema and intense aroma. At the same time, Kimbo Capri is ideal for cappuccino or latte macchiato, as its robust structure remains wonderfully present even when combined with milk. Kimbo Capri is part of the ‘Le Meraviglie del Gusto’ range, a tribute to the Neapolitan coffee tradition. The blend combines Arabica beans with around 70 per cent Robusta, resulting in a particularly dense crema and an intense aromatic profile. It is roasted to a medium-dark level to emphasise the balance between strength and elegance.
