The 60% Arabica beans from South America and Africa provide fine, chocolaty notes and a pleasant acidity. The 40% Robusta from Africa and South Asia provide a full body, a stable crema and a subtle flavour. The flavour develops aromas of hazelnut, dark chocolate and roasted notes - round and intense right up to the last sip.
