This coffee takes you on a journey through the Ethiopian highlands with its fruity and floral flavour profile. The flavours of honey, bergamot and jasmine blend into a mild yet complex cup that will surprise and delight you with every sip.
The beans for this coffee come from various producers in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia. The coffee plants thrive in ideal conditions at an altitude of 1200 to 1800 metres. After harvesting, the beans are washed and carefully processed to ensure the best possible quality.
For perfect preparation, we recommend the filter coffee method. Whether Chemex, cold brew or V60 - this coffee unfolds its full potential in every filter method. You can also make an excellent cup with the AeroPress. Bring at least 600 ml of water to the boil, grind 30 g of coffee to a consistency similar to sea salt, and enjoy the magical moment when the first splash of water makes the coffee bloom.
The Zermatt roastery roasts its beans at an altitude of 1608 metres in picturesque Zermatt. Under the management of Stéphanie Racinski, every bean is roasted here with passion and precision. In addition to the roastery, the Zermatt Collective also runs a café, a ceramics studio and several restaurants.
