The electric kettle by Fellow convinces with its elegant design and sophisticated technical functions. Equipped with a gooseneck spout, real-time temperature display, hold function and timer, the Stagg EKG offers everything for the demanding barista. The Stagg EKG electric kettle is equipped with a range of useful features. A rotary knob is used to set the desired final temperature and start the kettle. The integrated LCD screen displays the real-time temperature as well as the desired set temperature. Another plus point is the built-in keep-warm mode. If this is activated, the Stagg EKG maintains the final temperature for 60 minutes. To monitor the brewing process, the built-in stopwatch can be used after the water has been heated. If the hold switch is not activated, the kettle goes into sleep mode after reaching the final temperature.
