The coffee comes from the Masha Coffee women's cooperative in Uganda's Mt. Elgon region, which practices sustainable coffee cultivation at altitudes of 1500 to 2200 metres. Sun-dried processing (natural) and gentle drum roasting by Anna, Uganda's first female coffee roaster, allow this coffee to develop its unique flavours.
