Ethiopia Yirgacheffe comes from the Banko Gotiti Washing Station in the heart of the Yirgacheffe region. The beans grow at an altitude of 2000 metres, cultivated by small farmers who only cultivate 1 to 2 hectares of land. Only heirloom varieties are used, which represent the traditional diversity of Ethiopia. Each bean is processed using the washed method in order to bring out the fine flavours in the best possible way.

Whether as filter coffee or espresso - this coffee shows its best side in both variants. The gentle roasting process at Rose Coffee Roasters ensures a perfect balance between sweetness, clarity and a harmonious body. After de-pulping, they are fermented for 48 hours, thoroughly washed and then dried on African drying beds for 18 to 21 days.
