Use our coffee machine service

Your coffee machine deserves the best service. We repair ECM, Rocket, La Marzocco and Ascasa portafilter coffee machines in our workshop. We also offer descaling services and replacement machines if necessary.

We also offer a comprehensive descaling service, where everything is checked to prevent damage. If it takes longer, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement machine so that you don't have to go without your coffee.

Coffee machine service

Recommendation: Put it through its paces! Professional service every three years with normal use and care.

Coffee grinder service

Recommendation: The coffee grinder should be cleaned and checked every three years. Grinding discs should be replaced after about 500 kg of coffee grinds. With a consumption of 8 coffees per day, this would be after about 17 years.

A replacement machine?

You have the option of hiring a replacement machine for the duration of the repair or service. You can select the appropriate option when booking an appointment online.

By phone: You can reach us by phone from Monday to Wednesday from 14:00 to 16:00.

In person: Our coffee shop, repair workshop and coffee machine showroom in Uster ZH are open for you from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:00.

Take the S5 / S14 to Uster, then bus no. 845 (direction Gossau ZH, Mitteldorf, low-floor bus), get off after 5 minutes at the bus stop "Uster, Linde". Walk (850m) within 5 to 8 minutes to the Trümpler Areal.
