Package of premium Brazil Espresso Coffee with elegant design

Ojo de Café Brasil Espresso

The Ojo de Café Brasil espresso combines the essence of Brazil in a cup. This classic espresso impresses with its sweet, chocolaty and nutty flavour. As the darkest roast in the range, it is free from bitter and burnt flavours. Versatile, it is suitable for everyday espresso enjoyment as well as for creamy cappuccinos - also ideal for fully automatic machines. Organic and Fairtrade-certified, it is an excellent introduction to the world of speciality coffee.

The Brasil Espresso develops a harmonious flavour profile reminiscent of dark chocolate, panettone and hazelnut. It impresses with a pleasant sweetness, a velvety heaviness and a clearly defined full-bodied flavour. Low in acidity and balanced, it offers a flavourful experience that enriches everyday life.

This coffee is produced by the APAS cooperative in the São Gonçalo do Sapucaí region of Brazil. The blend of local Arabica varieties such as Mondo Novo and Catuai is processed using a natural preparation process. The drying of the coffee cherries on patios and the subsequent mechanical de-pulping emphasise the chocolatey and nutty nuances of the blend.

The Brasil Espresso is flexible to prepare and is perfect for both fully automatic and portafilter machines. The dark roast was specially developed for espresso and cappuccino, guaranteeing a stable, low-acid flavour. It is particularly suitable for coffee beginners who want to experience speciality coffee without complexity.

Brasil Espresso is produced by the APAS cooperative, which consists of 71 members. Together, they focus on sustainability and quality and have successfully established themselves in competitions such as the Cup of Excellence. Supported by Ojo de Café, the cooperative promotes organic cultivation and has been supplying certified organic coffee since 2023.

With a quality score of 82 points, this coffee stands for excellent craftsmanship and a story that can be felt in every cup.

Fresh Service: This coffee is freshly roasted for you every Monday and shipped two days later.

Some companies take a short break during the public holidays. It is therefore possible that your order will not be dispatched until after the holidays. Thank you for your understanding

We recommend that espresso roasts be used 12 days after the roast date or filter coffees 5 days after the roast date found on the package. Freshly roasted coffee needs this time until it is ready for a constant extraction.

We ask that the order is always sent before 23:59 on Sunday, so that we can ensure a shipment on the following Wednesday.
