Le Pedaleur Blanche, 250g beans
A top-quality coffee from organic cultivation. It grows in the largely unspoilt forests of the Ethiopian highlands, which offer excellent growing conditions. 98% of Ethiopian coffee is grown by small farmers and cultivated with great care. Different roasting depths and profiles bring out the diverse flavours of this coffee to varying degrees of intensity. This gives the espresso a special depth and complexity.
The name Le Pedaleur is a tribute to the cycling legend Hugo Koblet, who was the first non-Italian to win the Giro d'Italia in 1950 and the Tour de France in 1951. Because of his light-footedness and elegance, the French gave Hugo Koblet the name "le pédaleur de charme".
