Peru La Confianza is made from the Caturra variety, which grows at an altitude of 1812 metres in the Cajamarca region. The cherries are only processed naturally, which means no washing but careful drying in the sun. Although this process requires more attention, it saves water and produces amazing flavours.
Whether as a pour over, in the Chemex or AeroPress - this coffee unfolds its full potential particularly well in the filter. Give it time to develop and you will be rewarded with a clearly structured, fruit-accentuated cup profile. It is a real highlight for fans of fruity, elegant filter coffees.

We recommend that espresso roasts be used 12 days after the roast date or filter coffees 5 days after the roast date found on the package. Freshly roasted coffee needs this time until it is ready for a constant extraction.
