Packaging La Confianza Coffee from Peru, 500g

Drip Roasters Peru La Confianza

This coffee tells a story - of dedication, sustainability and a family that lives and breathes coffee. If you are looking for a special filter coffee that combines character and clarity, you will find it in Peru La Confianza from Drip Roasters. This naturally processed rarity comes from the Finca La Confianza in Peru and delights with an aromatic complexity that is rarely found.

From the very first sip, a lively acidity unfolds, accompanied by a jammy sweetness and remarkable clarity. The fruity notes of red grapes, plums and redcurrants meet a wine-like aroma that rounds off the flavour experience. A coffee that inspires - not through volume, but through depth and balance.

Peru La Confianza is made from the Caturra variety, which grows at an altitude of 1812 metres in the Cajamarca region. The cherries are only processed naturally, which means no washing but careful drying in the sun. Although this process requires more attention, it saves water and produces amazing flavours.

Whether as a pour over, in the Chemex or AeroPress - this coffee unfolds its full potential particularly well in the filter. Give it time to develop and you will be rewarded with a clearly structured, fruit-accentuated cup profile. It is a real highlight for fans of fruity, elegant filter coffees.

Finca La Confianza is run by José Angel Espinoza Caruajulca and his wife Edita Peralta - together with their eight children. Their passion for coffee and sustainability is reflected in every detail: from the use of organic fertilisers and careful drying to their commitment to beekeeping. Drip Roasters has maintained a close trading relationship with the family for three years - and the quantity purchased has doubled every year. That speaks for trust. Or in Spanish: La Confianza.

Fresh Service: This coffee is freshly roasted for you every Monday and shipped two days later.

Some companies take a short break during the public holidays. It is therefore possible that your order will not be dispatched until after the holidays. Thank you for your understanding

We recommend that espresso roasts be used 12 days after the roast date or filter coffees 5 days after the roast date found on the package. Freshly roasted coffee needs this time until it is ready for a constant extraction.

We ask that the order is always sent before 23:59 on Sunday, so that we can ensure a shipment on the following Wednesday.

Coffee Annan Café Crème, organic

Discover a world of coffee that goes deeper with the Organic Café Crème from Coffee Annan. Grown on the volcanic heights of the Rwenzori Mountains in the Kivu region of the Democratic Republic of Congo, this coffee promises not only enjoyment, but also a story of hope and change. With every sip, you support the sustainable efforts of local coffee farmers who produce this exceptional coffee under difficult conditions but with a great deal of passion. The BIO-Café Crème is characterised by its smooth and finely balanced aromas of chocolate and caramel. The combination of single origin Arabica beans of the rare Rumangabo variety and careful roasting in Kenya gives this coffee an exquisite balance of flavours. The light sweetness and creamy texture turn every sip into a small celebration. This organic coffee comes from 100% Arabica beans, which are carefully grown and harvested at an altitude of 1500 to 1800 metres above sea level. The beans are washed after harvesting and refined in Kenya to a medium-dark roast. This reduces the acidity and brings out the characteristic sweet notes to optimum effect. We recommend using a fully automatic machine, a moka pot or a French press to prepare this fine coffee. These methods bring out the natural sweetness and harmonious chocolate and caramel flavours and guarantee a full-bodied coffee experience. Your perfect morning starts with the BIO-Café Crème. With every purchase of Coffee Annan coffee, you contribute directly to a fairer value chain. This is because, unlike usual, a significant proportion of the revenue generated is reinvested directly in the coffee-growing regions. This not only supports local coffee farmers, but also promotes sustainable practices and improves living conditions in one of the world's most challenging regions. With Coffee Annan's organic café crème, you can not only enjoy excellent coffee, but also become part of a movement that shows how enjoyment and social responsibility can go hand in hand.

The organic espresso is characterised by an expressive aroma composition in which intense notes of dark chocolate merge with a pleasant spiciness. This espresso combines fine Arabica beans of the Bourbon and Rumangabo varieties with robust Robusta beans, all of which are organically grown. The combination of 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta promises a strong yet balanced espresso experience, perfect for starting the day or as the crowning glory of a good meal. Whether from the portafilter, the fully automatic machine or the French press - this espresso unfolds its qualities in every preparation method. For optimum flavour development, we recommend using a portafilter, which brings out the complex notes of chocolate and spices perfectly. The House Blend seduces with a harmonious flavour of dark chocolate, enriched with the natural sweetness of dried fruit and a hint of marzipan.
