Ligero Decaf impresses with a full flavour profile that ranges from sweet chocolate notes, a hint of malt and fruity berries to slightly nutty hints. Thanks to careful roasting at a medium level, the intense flavours are optimally preserved and are particularly effective in espresso preparations. A pleasure that is reminiscent of a full-bodied coffee and yet is gentle on the body - without the caffeine.
Whether as an espresso, cappuccino, moka or café crème - Ligero Decaf is versatile and adapts to your preferences. It develops its flavour perfectly in portafilters, mocha makers, French presses or even in fully automatic machines. With its espresso roast and natural, deep flavours, it is particularly suitable for lovers of classic coffee recipes.
The Ligero Decaf comes from the San Luis de Shuaro region in Chanchamayo, Peru. The beans are grown at an altitude of 1,400 to 1,900 metres in the fields of the Cooperative Agroecológica de Servicios Mùltiples Sanchirio Palomar (Casm). The cooperative is committed to fair trade and environmentally friendly cultivation methods. Fairtrade-certified since 2022, Casm guarantees stable prices for the coffee farmers and thus sustainably improves the living conditions of its employees.
