Packet of Bérico Coffee, blend from Honduras and India, 250g

Coffee Architects Bélico

The Bélico Blend from Coffee Architects combines the best of Honduras and India in a powerful and aromatic espresso. This medium roast brings out the nutty and spicy notes perfectly and invites you to savour the exciting combination of South American and Indian coffee craftsmanship. Perfect for anyone who appreciates strong and versatile coffees.

Bélico is a coffee that impresses with its variety of flavours. The nutty notes are complemented by nuances of stone fruit, giving the coffee a gentle fruitiness. The beans from Honduras contribute to the richness and depth, while the monsoonised beans from India delight with a subtle spiciness and a hint of exoticism. This blend is perfectly balanced and offers an intense flavour experience that really comes into its own in espresso preparations.

Bélico is ideal for preparation as an espresso, as the medium roast brings out the intense flavours of nuts and spicy notes. Whether you enjoy the espresso on its own or use it as a base for cappuccino and latte macchiato, Bélico gives every cup a powerful, full-bodied character. The beans unfold their potential particularly well in portafilters and fully automatic machines.

The Bélico blend is made from Arabica beans from Honduras and India. The Honduran beans come from the regions of Copán, Ocotepeque, El Paraíso and La Paz and are grown by the NKG Bloom Cooperative at altitudes of 900 to 1,400 metres. These beans are fully washed to preserve their clarity and complexity of flavour. The Indian beans come from Kottayam and are refined through the monsooning process, which gives them their unique flavour. Grown at altitudes between 1,000 and 1,800 metres by the Manarcadu Social Service Society, they offer a special aroma that makes this blend unmistakable.

Coffee Annan Espresso, organic

Let yourself be seduced by the extraordinary power of Coffee Annan organic espresso, a masterful blend of 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta, straight from the fertile volcanic slopes of northern Kivu. This unique espresso blend not only brings you an intense flavour experience, but also the story of a community fighting against all odds to bring you this remarkable coffee. The organic espresso is characterised by an expressive aroma composition in which intense notes of dark chocolate merge with a pleasant spiciness. This full-bodied profile is achieved through careful dark roasting in Kenya, which emphasises the natural flavours of the beans and creates a harmonious balance of acidity. This espresso combines fine Arabica beans of the Bourbon and Rumangabo varieties with robust Robusta beans, all of which are organically grown. The combination of 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta promises a strong yet balanced espresso experience, perfect for starting the day or as the crowning glory of a good meal. Whether from the portafilter, the fully automatic machine or the French press - this espresso unfolds its qualities in every preparation method. For optimum flavour development, we recommend using a portafilter, which brings out the complex notes of chocolate and spices perfectly. Coffee Annan organic espresso is roasted under fair and socially responsible conditions directly in the growing region to maximise local value creation. With every kilogramme of this coffee sold, you not only support the coffee farmers in Kivu, but also our commitment to sustainable and fair coffee production. Savour every sip with the knowledge that your coffee consumption is helping to promote real change. Savour Coffee Annan organic espresso and be part of a movement that shows how one of the most challenging regions in the world is home to a product that is exceptional in every way.
