The recipe for the "Roma" roast dates back to 1926. This roast was created for the Bar Roma in Livorno.
It is a mild blend of fine wet and dry-roasted Arabica coffees. A coffee for espresso with pleasant flavours of cocoa and caramel. It is very aromatic in the cup, with a full, velvety body and an aftertaste of mild tobacco.
Arcaffè is a very special coffee roasting company from Livorno in Tuscany. Coffee has been roasted by the 5th generation since the end of the 19th century.
