The new operating company of kaffeezentrale.ch is a fully independent company and has only acquired the trademark rights and certain assets from the bankruptcy estate. The entire purchase price was paid to the Bankruptcy Office and will be used to satisfy creditors’ claims. The new operating company is not the legal successor of Gustus GmbH and therefore cannot assume any debts, outstanding orders or other claims dating from before the change of operator.
