Hausbrandt has launched this roast in honour of the Italian Academy of Master Pastry Chefs. The members of this association want to spoil their guests with absolute perfection. This applies not only to the excellent baked goods (please forgive the bland word for these works of art from the bakery), but also to the coffee that is served with them. The recognition for the outstanding quality only came after a 24-month test phase: the official award from L'Accademia Maestri Pasticceri Italiani.
Selected beans from Brazil, Central and South America, each of them individually controlled, the blending by connoisseurs and the very slow, computer-monitored roasting form the basis for this top coffee. You will immediately recognise the qualities of this roast after the first sip. The first impression is soft and velvety, surrounded by a light, very balanced acidity. You will be pleasantly surprised by the intense yet elegant flavour combined with the full body and the extremely long-lasting crema. You can even discover fruity notes in the aftertaste.
E.S.E : This abbreviation stands for "Easy Serving Espresso" - loosely translated as "Espresso, times quite simple". Provided you have a compatible espresso machine, you will get a cup like no other, always creamy, always perfect. Simply insert the sachet into the machine, let the water run through and that's it.
