They have carefully selected 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta beans and roasted them darker to achieve a rich but not bitter flavour.

Blend No. 4 offers a unique taste experience. The Robusta from Tanzania gives the coffee a strong body as well as light earthy and fruity notes. The Calama Arabica from Bolivia brings nutty, mocha and malty accents to the blend, while the Sol y Café Arabica from Peru rounds off the flavour profile with its pleasant sweetness. We recommend that espresso roasts be used 12 days after the roast date or filter coffees 5 days after the roast date found on the package. Freshly roasted coffee needs this time until it is ready for a constant extraction.
