A pink coffee package of Joya from Colombia with notes of orange blossom, black tea, and vanilla

Coffee Architects Joya, Geisha, Colombia

Sometimes one sip is enough to transport you to another world. With the Joya Geisha from Coffee Architects, you will experience exactly that: a coffee that will enchant you with its elegance, clarity and subtle floral notes. This coffee comes from the Huila region in Colombia, where Rodrigo Sanchez cultivates a Geisha variety on his Finca Monteblanco with great dedication and precision, which is recognised worldwide for its exceptional quality.

This Geisha shows you why it is one of the most celebrated varieties in the world. Delicate flavours of orange blossom combine with the elegant freshness of black tea. A hint of vanilla rounds off the experience and gives the cup a sweet, creamy flavour. With an SCA score of 88 points, this coffee impresses with its complexity, lightness and long, clean finish.

Joya Geisha was developed as an omni-roast and is therefore suitable for preparing both filter coffee and espresso. As a filter, it unfolds its floral, fine bouquet particularly clearly, while in espresso it combines its sweet, vanilla notes with an elegant fruitiness. For the perfect result, we recommend freshly ground coffee, filtered water and precise extraction to bring out the subtle nuances in the best possible way.

Rodrigo Sanchez processes his coffees with the utmost care. The cherries are selectively harvested by hand at an altitude of 1,730 metres, carefully sorted and prepared in a fully washed process. They are dried slowly on parabolic beds, which can take up to 25 days - an effort that is reflected in the exceptional clarity and balance of the cup. The cultivation near the Cueva de los Guacharos Natural Park and the supply from the Suaza River create a microclimate that makes this exceptional quality possible.

Coffee Annan Café Crème, organic

Discover a world of coffee that goes deeper with the Organic Café Crème from Coffee Annan. Grown on the volcanic heights of the Rwenzori Mountains in the Kivu region of the Democratic Republic of Congo, this coffee promises not only enjoyment, but also a story of hope and change. With every sip, you support the sustainable efforts of local coffee farmers who produce this exceptional coffee under difficult conditions but with a great deal of passion. The BIO-Café Crème is characterised by its smooth and finely balanced aromas of chocolate and caramel. The combination of single origin Arabica beans of the rare Rumangabo variety and careful roasting in Kenya gives this coffee an exquisite balance of flavours. The light sweetness and creamy texture turn every sip into a small celebration. This organic coffee comes from 100% Arabica beans, which are carefully grown and harvested at an altitude of 1500 to 1800 metres above sea level. The beans are washed after harvesting and refined in Kenya to a medium-dark roast. This reduces the acidity and brings out the characteristic sweet notes to optimum effect. We recommend using a fully automatic machine, a moka pot or a French press to prepare this fine coffee. These methods bring out the natural sweetness and harmonious chocolate and caramel flavours and guarantee a full-bodied coffee experience. Your perfect morning starts with the BIO-Café Crème. With every purchase of Coffee Annan coffee, you contribute directly to a fairer value chain. This is because, unlike usual, a significant proportion of the revenue generated is reinvested directly in the coffee-growing regions. This not only supports local coffee farmers, but also promotes sustainable practices and improves living conditions in one of the world's most challenging regions. With Coffee Annan's organic café crème, you can not only enjoy excellent coffee, but also become part of a movement that shows how enjoyment and social responsibility can go hand in hand.

This unique espresso blend not only brings you an intense flavour experience, but also the story of a community fighting against all odds to bring you this remarkable coffee. The organic espresso is characterised by an expressive aroma composition in which intense notes of dark chocolate merge with a pleasant spiciness. This full-bodied profile is achieved through careful dark roasting in Kenya, which emphasises the natural flavours of the beans and creates a harmonious balance of acidity. This espresso combines fine Arabica beans of the Bourbon and Rumangabo varieties with robust Robusta beans, all of which are organically grown. The combination of 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta promises a strong yet balanced espresso experience, perfect for starting the day or as the crowning glory of a good meal. Whether from the portafilter, the fully automatic machine or the French press - this espresso unfolds its qualities in every preparation method. For optimum flavour development, we recommend using a portafilter, which brings out the complex notes of chocolate and spices perfectly. Coffee Annan organic espresso is roasted under fair and socially responsible conditions directly in the growing region to maximise local value creation. With every kilogramme of this coffee sold, you not only support the coffee farmers in Kivu, but also our commitment to sustainable and fair coffee production. Coffee Annan House Blend, 1kg beans

Experience a symphony of flavourful variety and sustainable responsibility with the Coffee Annan House Blend. This special blend of Arabica and Robusta combines the best from the fertile regions of Uganda. Savour every sip and feel how the carefully selected beans not only enrich your palate, but also your awareness of sustainable coffee enjoyment. The House Blend seduces with a harmonious flavour of dark chocolate, enriched with the natural sweetness of dried fruit and a hint of marzipan. The medium roast ensures low acidity and fully develops the natural flavours of each bean, making it a full-bodied, intensely aromatic experience. This blend combines 70% Arabica beans of the SL-14 and SL-28 varieties with 30% Robusta. The Arabica beans are washed, while the Robusta beans undergo natural processing. The House Blend is perfect for preparation as an espresso and cappuccino, either in a portafilter or fully automatic machine. The finely balanced roast and the high-quality beans produce a rich crema and enable a wide range of coffee variations that impress both on their own and in combination with milk. Coffee Annan is deeply committed to social responsibility and ecological sustainability. The cooperation with the women's cooperative Masha Coffee in Uganda and other local partners not only supports organic cultivation, but also the expansion of ecological agroforestry systems that promote biodiversity and bind CO2. Every time you buy a packet of Coffee Annan House Blend, you are directly supporting these important initiatives and contributing to a better world.
