At the headquarters of Torrefazione Diemme in Padova, the coffee is roasted by hand in a drum roaster at up to 205°C for 15 minutes. Slightly sweet in flavour with aromas of chocolate and vanilla, this top roast from Diemme is a poem of a coffee. You will savour this coffee on your palate for a long time.
