This exclusive, limited-edition coffee comes from a unique region on the slopes of the Ngorongoro volcano. Here, on nutrient-rich volcanic soil, the beans thrive under ideal conditions - in the midst of lions, elephants and giraffes, which can cross the plantation undisturbed through specially created animal corridors.
With the first sip, this coffee will delight you with its powerful and creamy mouthfeel. Flavours of gingerbread, chocolate, sea buckthorn and red apple meet fruity and sweet notes to create an intense taste experience. Perfect for anyone who prefers complex but harmonious flavours that come into their own in a strong ristretto or espresso.
This coffee is made from 100% Arabica beans of the Peaberry botanical subspecies. The beans are grown at an altitude of 1900 metres in the nutrient-rich soil of the Ngorongoro volcano. Peaberry beans are known for their intense flavour and special shape. Each bean is harvested and selected by hand to ensure the highest quality.
This dark-roasted coffee develops its flavours best in an espresso machine or Bialetti coffee maker. Whether as a strong ristretto, intense espresso or full-bodied café crème - the complex flavours of gingerbread and chocolate make it an ideal companion for your daily coffee rituals.
Tembo Tembo Farm attaches great importance to sustainable cultivation. No herbicides, fungicides or insecticides are used here, which minimises the ecological footprint of the coffee.
